How the plan is built
- Anchor post: week 1 announces the original piece on every platform you chose, with a link where the platform allows it.
- One point per post: each key point becomes its own post, because a single clear idea performs better than a summary of everything.
- Format by platform: points are matched to formats each platform rewards: carousels and Reels for Instagram, text posts and documents for LinkedIn, short video for TikTok and Shorts, plain updates for Google Business Profile, and a roundup for email.
- Rotation: formats rotate (tip, myth vs fact, question, behind the scenes, quote) so the same point looks different on different days.
- Spacing: posts are spread across the weeks you chose, roughly evenly, with the anchor first.
Repurposing without repeating yourself
- Change the angle, not just the format: a tip, a common mistake, a customer story and a quick question can all come from one point.
- Write natively for each platform. LinkedIn readers expect more context; TikTok needs the point in the first two seconds.
- Link back to the original where you can, using a tagged link from the UTM Link Builder, so you can see which posts send visitors.
- Most followers miss most posts. Revisiting a point a month later with a new angle is not repetition to them.
